Travelling to and from Source Garden
Source Garden takes place at the NEC Birmingham, conveniently connected to Birmingham City Airport and Birmingham International train station, both providing step-free access. For details on accessible train facilities, visit the national rail website.
The NEC is fully wheelchair accessible, featuring ramps, lifts, and wheelchair-friendly toilets. The Piazza and Atrium entrances have automatic doors.
Wheelchair Hire:
Free wheelchair hire is available for Blue Badge holders on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can reserve in advance by emailing info@necgroup.co.uk but, due to a limited supply, it is recommended you bring your wheelchair, if you have one already.
Accessible toilets are located throughout the venue. Changing Places facilities are near Hall 20 (Atrium side) and Hall 2 (Piazza side), and these require a radar key. Download the Atrium and Piazza map here.
Dining:
There are numerous dining and seating options within and around the NEC Birmingham halls, including the Source Garden buyers lounge. More details on NEC dining can be found here.
Assistance animals are welcome. Ensure they are identifiable with a support vest and visible at all times. Owners are responsible for their animals, which must be on a lead or harness.
