What is Source Garden?

Source Garden brings together the best global manufacturers who are practising sustainable production and responsible manufacturing methods. Key retailers, brands, and contractors are invited to visit and meet with exhibitors to source new product lines in a sustainable way. 

What is a trade show? 

A trade show is an event created to bring together business members of a particular industry. Exhibitors showcase their products and services, often to a global visitor audience. Products are sold at a wholesale price to visitors (retailers), which usually means they are sold in bulk at a lower price than RRP.

Visitor FAQs

Who can attend?

Source Garden welcomes all registered trade visitors, those looking to start a new business in the next 12 months, and accredited journalists.   

Can I bring Children?

We do not recommend bringing children under 16 years old to the show as this is a trade only event. Children must be accompanied by a visitor over the age of 18.  A child entry pass can only be picked up on the day of the event, from the registration desks in the main entrance.

Can I register on arrival at the show?

Yes, there will be registration desks in the main entrance of the show.

When will I receive my entry badge?

You will be emailed your entry badge 2 weeks before the show.

Can I edit my registration details?

If you would like to make any changes to your registration details, please email info@sourcegarden.com.

Is my registration for the show date specific?

No, your visitor badge will automatically give you entry to all three days of Source Garden, as well as same day re-entry!

How can I find my way around the show?

You can collect your free show guide at the entrance, this will include a floor plan and other useful information. There will also be signage once you arrive.

What if I have forgotten my entry badge when I arrive to the show?

Don’t worry! If you've forgotten your entry badge, the registration desks at the entrance can print you a new one. You may be asked to provide proof of company name or ID, so please have confirmation in the form of a business card or confirmation email available.

Are the exhibitors audited?

Yes, all exhibitors at Source Garden must have undergone a recent SEDEX audit or another recognisable audit institution.

Can my company exhibit?

If you would like to exhibit at Source Garden, please register your interest, and a member of our team will get back to you with more information.

Who attends Source Garden?

Source Garden attracts a range of high-profile buyers with procurement and supply chain responsibility, and sourcing directors from across the globe.

Will I require a visa to visit the UK?

Venue FAQs

How do I get to the event?

Our plan your visit page shows the easiest way to get to Source Garden.

Can I park at the venue?

Parking is available at the NEC Birmingham, with regular shuttle buses to take you from the car parks to the halls. Parking is free of charge for visitors to Source Garden.

Is there free WiFi at the venue?

There is free WiFi available throughout the NEC. If you'd like to connect whilst at the show, select 'NEC Free Wifi'.

Can I get refreshments?

There are lots of different food and drink options available inside the NEC, you can find out more here.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, there are cloakrooms available for a £1 charge per item in the main Piazza and Atrium, close to hall entrances.

Is there an ATM?

There are ATMs located within the Piazza and Atrium, but please note there is a usage fee. You can find free ATMs at Birmingham International train station, and within Resorts World.
